LaserJob GmbH has been on the road to success for over three decades—driven by technical expertise, innovative spirit, and a successful generational change at the top of the company.

Founded in 1992, the company has been firmly established in its second generation since March 2013 under the management of Stefan Kleemann.

Supporting him are authorized signatories Robert Massenhauser and Gregor Dejako, who stand out thanks to their technical expertise and high-quality standards. The trusting cooperation within the management team ensures that strategic decisions are made in an equally well-founded and prudent manner. In addition to their professional expertise, both complement each other perfectly on a personal level—characterized by mutual respect, open communication, and a shared understanding of values. This ensures that competence and team spirit are reflected at all levels of the company.

Both company founders, Georg Kleemann and Robert Englmaier, have now retired from operational business. However, as shareholders, they continue to support the company in an advisory capacity—especially when their experience and expertise are needed. 

Thanks to forward-looking knowledge transfer, the company's management was seamlessly handed over to the next generation. This puts LaserJob GmbH in an ideal position to meet future challenges.
