LaserJob has been manufacturing precision laser-cut SMD stencils for over 30 years. An aperture accuracy of ±3 µm and a positional accuracy of ±10 µm are achieved with a cutting gap of 20 µm. All stencils are CNC-brushed after laser cutting to remove cutting burrs without changing the stencil thickness (+/-3%) or aperture size. For fine structures with aspect ratios <0.66, LaserJob recommends the nano-coated NanoWork® stencil, which offers improved release behavior and higher process reliability.
