Our highly experienced team will help you to optimise your stencil layout. Using your CAD data and our many years of expertise, we will design the perfect stencil for you. Our stencils are manufactured with the utmost precision using in-house designed laser systems and specialised manufacturing processes.

Customized aperture optimization:

Adjustment of opening sizes (reduction/increase)
Modification of aperture shapes, e.g., homeplates or rounded corners
Optimization to avoid tombstoning effects
Checking the aspect ratio and surface area ratio for ideal printing results

Layout creation and multiple uses:

Checking the apertures: Each stencil is carefully checked for the correct number of openings and cleanliness of the apertures.
Precise measurement: We measure the size and position of the stencil openings exactly according to your specifications.
Check material thickness: Immediately after cutting, we check the material thickness to ensure that it meets your requirements.
Documented quality: Upon request, we can provide detailed test reports (Certificates of Conformance, CoC) in accordance with your specifications.
Special coating testing: For stencils with Nano-Work coating, we measure the contact angle to ensure optimal functionality.
