Suitable SMD stencils for your system

VectorGuardTM - QuattroFlex - ZelFlex Z4P - Alpha Tetra

We use our own specially designed lasers to cut SMD stencils for our LJ 745 clamping system. This patented LJ 745 clamping system offers a stable design and the highest clamping force of over 40 N/cm, even with material thicknesses as low as 30 µm. The integrated stiffening frame protects against damage and makes it easy to change stencils. The stencils can be stored in an ESD-compliant and space-saving manner (up to 150 pieces on 0.7 m²).

Of course, we also cut the appropriate stencils for other quick-release systems in the usual LaserJob quality:

  • for the VectorGuardTM tensioning system
  • for the Stencilman tensioning system with QuattroFlex perforated edge
  • for the ZelFlex Z4P tensioning system
  • for the Alpha Tetra tensioning system

With LaserJob's PatchWork® technology, you can print solder paste deposits of varying heights in a single squeegee stroke. LaserJob's NanoWork® stencil features a special nano-coating with an anti-adhesive effect that significantly reduces the adhesion of solder paste to the opening walls.

The VectorGuard® tensioning system is a four-sided spring tensioning system for SMD stencils.

We manufacture your stencils to fit the QuatroFlex quick-clamping system perfectly – in exactly the size you need. Regardless of the system variant (e.g., QuattroFlex II, QuattroFlex II-3, or QuattroFlex 3), we cut your stencils to size and offer them with or without edge protection – just as you wish.

With our stencils, you benefit from maximum compatibility, easy handling when changing stencils, and maximum safety. Protection against sharp edges is particularly recommended for thin designs.

We cut your stencils to fit the ZelFlex Z4P tensioning system perfectly – tailored precisely to your requirements. They are manufactured in any size you require, providing you with the ideal solution for your application. You can also choose between versions with or without edge protection, depending on your needs and area of application.

Alternatives

For all applications where a clamping system is not suitable, we offer stencils that are firmly glued into frames. You can choose from a wide range of different profiles and materials—we will gladly work with you to find the optimal frame configuration for your requirements.

When selecting the appropriate frame, different factors should be taken into account:
These include the type of squeegee, the overflow, the desired screen size, the available stencil material sizes, and thicknesses. The choice of stainless steel mesh and compatibility with cleaning agents also play a decisive role.
